Pantry must haves

This page gives you a complete list of must haves in your pantry or refrigerator. Even long shelf life products like spices tend to go bad. If the spices smell like dust toss them out. I'm not creating this list only for Indian recipes, I like to try a variety of recipes. So here is the list of things one must have in your pantry/refrigerator.
